ELECTRONICAL DOUGH SHEETERS

RONDOSTAR, is the PLC controlled dough sheeter ideal for large sized patisseries, bakeries and puff pastry producers. Upon request, the sheeters can be supplied with automatic reeler or flour duster.
It is possible to feed 12 kg of dough mass in each sheeting process. The machine has a memory capacity of 50 automatic programs plus 9 manual/automatic programs.

COMPAS, is the PLC controlled dough sheeter ideal for industrial patisseries, bakeries and puff pastry producers. The sheeters are supplied with automatic reeler and flour duster.
